Reed Property Management, Inc. was incorporated August 2004 by Michael Reed. He was the president of a condominium association which had been through some of the big name management companies but couldn’t seem to find a company that could meet the association’s needs. That’s when he decided to open a property management company that put an emphasis on proactive attentive management. Reed Property Management has been helping homeowner associations and second homeowners ever since.

We also offer long term rental and second home management for people who need a little help or who just want things taken care of.
